- Components: Understanding the CPU, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and other input/output devices.
- Hardware vs. Software: The basic concepts of computer hardware and software, including system and application software.
II. Operating System Basics
- Introduction: What an operating system is and how to navigate a GUI-based system like Windows or Linux.
- File and Folder Management: Creating, saving, renaming, moving, and deleting files and folders.
- System Settings: How to use the control panel, change settings, and manage shortcuts.
III. Productivity Software
- Word Processing: Using Microsoft Word to create, format, and print documents, including tables and mail merge.
- Spreadsheets: Using Microsoft Excel for basic formulas, charts, and data management.
- Presentations: Using Microsoft PowerPoint to create and design presentations with slides, graphics, and animations.
IV. Internet and Communication
- Web Browsing: How to use web browsers and perform effective searches.
